This page sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply the 'Goods' listed on our website www.rondaviesjewellery.com to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Goods from our site. You should understand that by ordering any goods you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Delivery:

We will email you to confirm your order; goods will only be dispatched when payment has been received. We will email you again to inform you that your item has been dispatched. Hand crafted jewellery orders will be added to our workshop schedule and we will email you within 3 working days of receiving your order to inform you of our earliest expected dispatch date. Delivery is by next day courier from date of despatch. UK shipping costs will be calculated automatically for jewellery items within the shopping basket / checkout process. Heavy items will be calculated individually and by weight as advised within the product description.

Your order will normally be delivered to the billing address, if you require delivery to a different address please use the facility with the checkout process. You or your representative will be required to sign to accept delivery of the goods. If your item is not signed for and returned to us, we will re-charge your postage fees to dispatch again.

Postal Charges:

Postage of jewellery items will be charged at a minimum of £5.00 or actual if higher. Postage of rocks, crystals and natural stones will be calculated individually and by weight as advised within the product description. Please use the form provided on our 'how to order' page for all non-jewellery items.

If ordering is from outside the UK, please use the form provided on our 'how to order' page. This will enable us to confirm postage costs in advance.

Product Descriptions:

JEWELLERY - The images and descriptions of our Hand Crafted Jewellery are indicative only and should not be taken as the actual piece being purchased. All items produced have differences by the nature of being created by hand; this is an accepted feature of the product. The maker reserves the right to make alterations without notice and as necessary to preserve the overall design characteristics as perceived by him.

ROCKS, CRYSTALS & NATURAL STONES - The images and descriptions of our rocks are the actual ones offered for sale. Please check availability via email to avoid multiple orders being received for the same item. Similar alternative rocks may be in stock, which may be offered without obligation and subject to your acceptance.

Payment Methods:

To minimise the risk of fraud, we use Paypal to receive card payments from our customers. If you would prefer to pay by Cheque or Postal Order, please use the 'order form' on our 'how to order' page. Your items will only be dispatched when payments have cleared our bank.

Returns Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, providing you contact us via email or letter and return the goods within 10 days of the despatch date, we will offer a full refund provided that the item is returned to us unused, with any seals / tags intact and in its original packaging. The courier cost will only be refunded on returned items we determine at our reasonable discretion that are defective due to faulty materials used or workmanship.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
